PilotQuizz is an online aviation study and preparation platform providing educational content, interactive modules, quizzes, and study tools related to FAA regulations, EASA standards, AFAC requirements, aircraft systems, meteorology, and other aviation topics.

Aviatec Global LLC reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to offer courses, classes, video tutorials, or additional content through third-party video or hosting platforms (including, without limitation, YouTube, Vimeo, Teachable, Udemy, or similar services now existing or created in the future). In the event we elect to distribute content through such third-party platforms:

Access to and use of that content will be additionally subject to that third-party platform's own terms of service, privacy policies, and conditions of use, which you must read and accept independently.
We are not responsible for the availability, functioning, policy changes, interruptions, or data practices of such third-party platforms.
These Terms of Service remain in effect in addition to (not in substitution of) PilotQuizz content distributed through such platforms, to the extent they do not directly conflict with the applicable third-party platform's terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue distribution through any third-party platform at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.

If access to the Platform or use of its content is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you are not authorized to access or use the Platform, and you must refrain from doing so.

To use PilotQuizz, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws.
Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
Not be a former user whose account was terminated for Terms violations.

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@pilotquizz.com.
Not sharing your account or credentials with any other person.
Ensuring your registered email address is accurate and accessible.

Almacenamiento de datos de cuenta: Tu cuenta y datos de progreso se almacenan localmente en el localStorage de tu navegador. Esto significa que los datos son específicos del dispositivo y navegador. Account data storage: Your account and progress data are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This means data is device- and browser-specific. Clearing browser data or using a different browser will require a new account registration. We are not responsible for loss of data due to browser clearing.

🚨 RESTRICCIÓN DE ACCESO A LA SUSCRIPCIÓN: Cada suscripción pagada (Premium o Anual) está licenciada a una (1) persona física y puede estar activa en un máximo de dos (2) dispositivos personales simultáneamente (p. ej., tu laptop y tu teléfono).

🚨 SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS RESTRICTION: Each paid subscription (Premium or Annual) is licensed to one (1) natural person and may be active on a maximum of two (2) personal devices simultaneously (e.g., your laptop and your phone).

Si no autorizaste ese inicio de sesión, cambia tu contraseña inmediatamente y contacta a support@pilotquizz.com.
Una aeronave por suscripción: Cada suscripción pagada cubre acceso a todos los materiales de estudio para un (1) tipo de aeronave de tu elección (p. ej. Boeing 737, Airbus A320, CRJ-200, EMB-175, E195-E2, o Regulatorio/FAA). Para estudiar un tipo de aeronave adicional, adquiere una suscripción separada al mismo precio del plan. No hay cargos por cambio de aeronave — cada tipo de aeronave es una suscripción independiente.
Uso grupal/organizacional: Aerolíneas, escuelas de vuelo u organizaciones que requieran acceso simultáneo para múltiples usuarios deben adquirir un plan grupal. Contacta a support@pilotquizz.com para precios grupales.

Maximum 2 active sessions: You may be logged in on up to 2 devices at the same time. A third login attempt will automatically block the oldest active session and trigger a security alert email to your registered address.
No credential sharing: Sharing your username and password with any other person — whether for compensation or for free — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Monitoring: We use device fingerprinting (a non-PII hash of browser timezone, language, platform, and screen resolution) and session token tracking to detect concurrent multi-user access patterns indicative of unauthorized sharing.
Security alerts: When a login from a 3rd device is detected while 2 sessions are already active, we automatically send a security alert email to your registered address. If you did not authorize the login, change your password immediately and contact support@pilotquizz.com.
One aircraft per subscription: Each paid subscription covers access to all study materials for one (1) aircraft type of your choice (e.g. Boeing 737, Airbus A320, CRJ-200, EMB-175, E195-E2, or Regulatory/FAA). To study an additional aircraft type, purchase a separate subscription at the same plan price. There are no aircraft-change fees — each aircraft type is an independent subscription.
Group/Organizational use: Airlines, flight schools, or organizations requiring simultaneous access for multiple users must purchase a group plan. Contact support@pilotquizz.com for group pricing.

5. Suscripciones, Pagos y Términos del Plan

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Plan Terms

PilotQuizz ofrece acceso basado en suscripción a contenido premium. Al suscribirte:

Nos autorizas a cargar tu método de pago a través de Stripe de forma recurrente.
Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen antes de la fecha de renovación.
Todos los precios están en USD y sujetos a impuestos aplicables.
Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar precios con 30 días de aviso a los suscriptores.
El incumplimiento de pago puede resultar en suspensión o terminación de tu cuenta.
Cada suscripción cubre todos los módulos para un (1) tipo de aeronave de tu elección. Para acceder a un segundo tipo de aeronave, adquiere una suscripción independiente adicional al mismo precio — no hay cargos de cambio.

You authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Each subscription covers all modules for one (1) aircraft type of your choice. To access a second aircraft type, purchase an additional independent subscription at the same price — no change fees apply.
Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. See Section 4a for the 2-device maximum policy.

No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

Copy, reproduce, scrape, or extract any content, data, or materials without prior written consent.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices.
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, index, or collect data.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any platform systems or servers.
Distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer access to the platform or your account credentials to any third party.
Share your login credentials with any other person or allow more than 2 concurrent active sessions on your account (see Section 4a).
Use the platform to build a competing service.
Use platform content to train, fine-tune, or build AI/machine learning models without explicit written authorization.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control features.
Perform penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without explicit written authorization.
Access, interfere with, disrupt, or damage any part of the Platform, its network, or any equipment on which the Platform is stored.
Post, upload, or transmit any harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aviatec Global LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights — including aircraft manufacturer trademarks and copyrights; (d) your violation of any applicable law; or (e) any content you submit to or through the platform.

Cualquier disputa se resolverá mediante arbitraje vinculante de acuerdo con las Reglas de Arbitraje Comercial de la American Arbitration Association (AAA). Renuncias a tu derecho a un juicio con jurado y a participación en acciones colectivas. Las acciones en tribunales de reclamos menores bajo los umbrales aplicables están exentas del arbitraje.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in Mexico, the LFPDPPP and applicable Mexican consumer protection laws also apply.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation. Small claims court actions under applicable thresholds are exempt from arbitration.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, indemnification, liability limitations, dispute resolution, aviation disclaimer, manufacturer trademark protection) shall survive.

Aviatec Global LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

In particular, we expressly reserve the right to adjust these Terms in the event we offer courses, classes, or additional content through third-party video or hosting platforms (see Section 2a), in order to properly reflect the interaction between these Terms and the third-party platform's own terms of service.
